Sign up to be a poll worker and help your neighbors vote!

Indivisibles,

Our democracy depends on everyday people to help elections run smoothly and make sure every vote is counted.

Poll workers are critical to help maintain safe and accessible in-person voting for communities without reliable access to mail service, voters with disabilities, voters who need language assistance, or voters who simply want to cast their ballot in person as they always have. Yet election administrators in much of the country are already anticipating record needs for new poll workers leading up to November.

That's why we're proudly partnering with Power the Polls, a national initiative to recruit the next generation of poll workers to help power our elections. Let's meet the moment by making sure that polling places across the country are fully staffed and elections run smoothly this year -- learn more and sign up today.

Powering Progress Education Series

As a poll worker, you help elections in your community run smoothly by keeping polling locations open, ensuring technology works, and helping voters who may need additional support at the polls. It’s a great way to give back and support the process of democracy!

Whether you've served as a poll worker in the past or this is a brand new opportunity, you'll be supported every step of the way. When you sign up, Power the Polls will direct you to the official poll worker application for your local jurisdiction. Once you submit your application, your local election administrator will contact you if your service is needed.
