Three ways to defend free and democratic elections right now

This week, we held the kickoff call for Indivisible’s most ambitious election protection program ever. Over 12,000 people registered for the call, and double that number have already signed up to thwart Trump’s plans to sabotage the midterms.

More than twenty thousand Americans across all 50 states standing together to protect our right to determine our own destinies; that’s an incredible start this far out from the election. But we estimate we’re going to need at least 100,000 volunteers trained and equipped to defeat Trump's next coup attempt before, during, and after the election.

Here’s how you can help fuel the Hands Off Our Vote campaign right now:

Building a nationwide program with the capacity to respond to attacks on voting rights in every community across the US takes significant funds. Your support will help us counter Trump and his Big Lie cronies with true grassroots power and preparation, not panic.

Sign up for the first two Hands Off Our Vote trainings: Election Protection 101 on August 19, and Election Protection 201 on August 26 (8pm ET/5pm PT). In this two-part virtual training series, we’ll explore how to get out the vote, become a trusted messenger, prepare for election defense scenarios, and get in formation for fall activations. (The two sessions will build on each other, but it’s okay if you can only attend one.)

Amid Trump’s manufactured chaos, fear, and uncertainty, it is up to us to cut through the noise, respond to MAGA election sabotage, and make sure all eligible voters can cast their ballots in November.
